With more than 4 lakh CSC Grameen eStores, we have disrupted the distribution of goods in India, serving markets that traditional networks have not been able to reach.
Using our reach into the deepest parts of India, we enable remote-local manufacturers, including crafts people and indigenous producers, to sell their products online. Thereby giving them access to markets in all parts of the country. ‘Vocal for Local’ does not get more real than this.
CSC Grameen eStore’s operating model is to identify people in villages with an interest in becoming entrepreneurs, and train them into Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs). Each VLE runs at least one CSC Grameen eStore, and in-turn creates jobs in their village. Our goal is to create 2M jobs across India by 2025 and lay the foundations of ‘Aatma Nirbharatha’

With more than 5 lakh CSC Grameen eStores, we have disrupted the distribution of goods in India, serving markets that traditional networks have not been able to reach.
We started as an endeavor to serve the community during the pandemic, and have now grown into a flourishing Grameen eCommerce revolution. Our distribution network works through individuals living in villages, trained by us to be Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs), each of whom receives support to set up at least one CSC Grameen eStore in their village. At the organizational level, we partner with Indian and global manufacturers and distributors of products spanning a wide range from food products, apparel, consumer electronics, automobiles, etc. and manage the logistics to reach these products to rural customers.
Cash on Delivery is a mode of payment where customer can pay for a product after they receive the delivery at their doorstep. We train our eStore VLEs on safety practices and strive to achieve safe delivery to the end customers.
Through the network of more than 5 lakh VLEs, CSC Grameen eStore serves 10,000+ Pin Codes across all 28 States and Union Territories in India viz. eStore Vendor / Retailer (the original manufacturer or distributor) is solely responsible for the quality and standards of a product. Products shown in the app are registered and sold by the eStore Vendor / Retailer only. Customers need to reach out to the eStore Vendor / Retailer at the contact details shared on the product for redressal.
CSC VLEs (Village Level Entrepreneurs) are people local to a village, who depending on their abilities and interests, also provide digital literacy training, digital infrastructure connect (via WiFi Choupal), financial inclusion, digital services such as G2C, B2C in their villages.
