CSC Grameen eStore is a ground-breaking eCommerce initiative by CSC SPV to promote digital ordering and delivering safely to the consumer doorstep. That which started as a humble beginning to serve the community during the COVID-19 Crisis, is turning into a flourishing Grameen eCommerce revolution. CSC Grameen eStore can only be set up by a CSC VLE. It is changing the way rural citizens get their products & services. We are also partnering with local as well as global manufacturers to build a greater network in reaching bigger markets. 

Cash on Delivery is a mode of payment where customer can pay for a product after he recieves his delivery at his doorstep. We train our eStore VLEs on Safety Practices and strive to acheive Safe Delivery to our Customer.

We are serving 10,000+ PIN Codes across all 28 States & UTs in Bharat, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Ladakh, Lakshadweep, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Orissa, Puducherry, Punjab, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, West Bengal.

eStore Retailer will be the sole responsible person for the quality and standards of a product. Products shown in the app are registered and sold by the eStore Vendor only.

A CSC VLE aka, Village Level Entrepreneur is a local person who does digital literacy training,  Digital Infrastructure connect via WiFi Choupal, Financial Inclusion and delivering all the Digital services like G2C, B2C to the citizens. There are 5 Lakh VLEs all over the country.
